This flat had been rented out by the owner for 5 years and was coming up for a change of tenant. It was worn and tired and needed a complete overhaul. The owner’s brief was to completely renovate the flat, including new kitchen and bathroom, with materials & fittings that were durable & hardwearing within a very tight budget.

This bathroom in a ground floor flat conversion had not been touched since the early eighties.
It even had an avocado suite!
We gutted the whole room, and then proceeded to create a wet room with walk-in shower, using natural materials such as slate and sandstone.
